Butter Gingerbread man

This is the finalized gingerbread cookie that i have done ! 

Let me show you the simple steps ! 

First : go get your ingredients at your nearest baking ingredients shop ! (Kuching on have a few ) i am not so sure about the others !

1. Get the butter cookies mix (which i have used) or any other type of your favorites.

2. Get the decorations (like the hundredth thousandths or whatever) 

3. The start baking ! 

I used this as the deco ! Which writes "especially for you" 

You can also print quotations or any words of your favorites for your guests! 

I bought this from Super save ! Cost super cheap so no worries ! Not going to cost like super expensive! 

This will the first part by shaping the dough out ! You have to be really careful as you have to be seriously very very very gently. If you have have problem in moving the shaped-gingerbread cookies, use a scrapper and scrap from the bottom.

After shaping it out, decorate it with any type of patterns that you like. So that it wouldn't get boring when you have to do all the cookies the same pattern.

Friends !

Friends. Who are friends? Why are they call friends? Are they even real? These are the questions where we will ask inside ourselves. Friend is just someone who listen to your heart who doesn't reject who you are. Friends are there for you because they want you to feel better, comfort and not feeling lonely where you have to face your own situation by yourself. 

I had this outing with my friends ermmm last week, Tuesday where there's a public holiday ! I met up with one of best friend who is Chia Nee and is now studying in the different school but it's okay, friendship still stays where as two people trust each other, understand each other and being loyal to each other. Chia Nee is just a simple minded girl where she like to say 'sui bian' where i don't understand why also . She can't really make up her own decision because she is just to soft-hearted unlike me where i have to stand up and fight for my decision. But it's okay for her because there is a friend supporting her at the back ! I have known her since she came to Lodge at Form 1, 2011. And we do have problem during the years like misundertsandings but at the end, it just end up best friends again ! She's really a smart and pretty girl but she may be rough sometimes so be careful ! Hhaha. I feel reslly happy that i have this opportunity to meet her because she taught me a lot about friendship. She teaches me chinese and that's the happiest thing for her because she will be laughing at my chinese. Because the way i write chinese is like art :( but i improved through her ! That's super awesome! Throughout this 3 years with her, she had been there for me when i am down, making me laugh like crazy .

I also went out with this siao zhabo , Janet Lau. I only met her this year when i first enter SMK GREEN ROAD , my new school. The first impression that i have on her is "why she act so cool? Bo hiu me de" but then because i got so bored then i started asking her random questions to her . Hahahaha. Then that's where out friendship started to get closer and closer until every recees we find each other and walk together everywhere we go ! She's really a blur person but super smart kid ! She taught me bravery and the courage that she have on her. She went the. " GO BALD " which i think it's the bravest thing that she have done to herself. I feel so proud for her and have the high respect on her! She's always there to make me laugh and laugh. She's the craziest person i have met and the most special person that i met where we came across the mutual things or personalities that we own ! She's now one of my best friend ! Blessed to meet her !

CNY - Cakes & Cookies

People start selling cookies, i start doing cookies especially my mum ! My mum's a very professional baker to me ! To her, baking is passion. Nothing can beat that word ! :) her cookies are like FOOD IN HEAVEEENNNN . People around her loves her cookies and biscuits and cakes or whatever food that she made. She's so good that people ask her bake and sell to them but my mum is someone who is not greedy about money so she doesn't bake to sell to them, she will just bake and give them as presents! That's the most beautiful thing that i can see in mum, she's super kind-hearted till she can sacrifise her time in baking cookies for them. Not only that, all the ingredients she use are like super good and she add extra ingredients into it! That's what people like the most! The jelly mooncake that she made last year for sell raise into fame where people around order from her. She doesn't like to use artificial products because what she cares most is about HEALTH ! Hehe. So let me share to you on her biscuits and cookies that she made for this coming chinese new year where people are going to turn crazy about asking for the recipes and so on !

Almond cookie 

This is sweetenned spring roll. You can make it easily even for year one kids ! What you would have to do is just to buy a few packets of spring roll skin and make it ! Roll it up and deep fry it and sprinkle sugar/milk powder/ horlicks on it ! 

Orange poppy seed cake 

It looks a bit like burned at the side , but remember it's just the side ! have a look at the cut out one ! 

This is a another made Golden Moist Cake ! It's pretty as it is ! It looks a little brown i can say ! It's a little hard ti bake because you would have to do do a lot of check ups on the oven while baking it .

-you would have to make the oreo fillling very very properly because it might fail by not sticking with the cheese that you will be depositing it with .

CNY DECO

CNY is just around the corner ! People in the street in Kuching is super crazy with Chinese New Year preparation right now ! Shopping centres are going over on sales ! Everywhere in the city now ! Not only Kuching but i am sure around asian countries are having the same feeling ! Whooshhhh ! I am also having the "excited feeling" in myself right now ! CNY for me is like happiness ! Yeahh ! Because i get to be happy and free for the days . It's just around one to two weeks till cny ! It's getting closer . Asians are excited of this festival like ME (sorry for being so vain sometimes) hehe . The MALAYSIA YEAR-END SALE , i think it's still going on at some places only like shopping malls . But i don't really see a lot of shops doing crazy sales already like 50% of wholestore wide . But some there is still a part of the sale going on . Decorations are already filled at the city places .

Chinese New Year lanterns is the most popular decoration for all the shopping malls as it's the symbol for chinese new year. :)

PLAZA MERDEKA 

This shopping mall is located at the city of Kuching where you can see top brands inside like COTTON ON, DOROTHY PERKINS, THE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL , TIMBERLAND, and many more like GUESS. But it's not as much we see in KL . 

So shop now before the offer ends and i am sure people will be getting more and more inside the malls because it's so near the new year where the people who are working will be doing the last minute shopping, so DO YOURS NOW ! To enjoy more offers and variety of clothings or items that you want! 

There are also roadshows everywhere now at Kuching Sentral, Boulevard, and many more places ! So make sure you don't miss you chance on visiting the small stalls selling chinese new year stuffs ! ENJOY ! 

Charity Runs

Hello people ! There will be charity runs holding next month after Chinese New Year ! So i am sure everyone is excited for the news of famous charity run like THE COLOUR RUSH ! I am sure youngsters are crazy on that event ! So let me tell you a bit on the run do that you wouldn't get so lost in asking people about when's the event or whatsoever !!!!! So let me share with you the runs available next month ! 

This is one of the runs which will be held next month on the 23rd of February.

LCCI course :) 

Hello ! Long time no update , i was into a lot of registration this week so i didn't get to update whatever i have been doing ! Btw , fyi i am joining the course at Sunway College , Jalan Song . 

This is the course that i am taking it up ! It seems alright ! 

This is the preview of the brochure. I encourage students like me at form 4 to take it up because it's LCCI which is very internationally recognised !

Inspire III

Oh wells! Let's continue the chapter of the motivation ! It's a great new year , a great new starting ! As it is still the first month of the year as everyone is still busy with their new school new work, new job or whatever is going on. So now 2013 have past so what should we do for 2014? 

MOVE FORWARD 

2013 have been a history for all of us right now. History remains as the same. Time can't be rewind. So what can we do ? Everyone and each of us have to learn how to let things go. The bad things that we have done in the past, just let it go. LEARN and move forward ! We might miss the chance that we have when we were in 2013 , so this year, learn from the mistake and go for it! People say , " A NEW YEAR, new beginnings, new chances" remember that ! People makes mistakes, we are never perfect but we have to try our best to make it perfect ! So make 2014 a much more better year for you ! Have a TARGET! Your aim to your road of success! 

TARGET

Everyone must have their own target and aim in their life. Without these, life is meaningless because you don't know where to go and what you have to do everyday. We have to target for things that can lead us to success. We can't just dream everyday that we can get those things that we want without any action! Things doesn't work like that either. Aim straight ! 

These are the ways how to TARGET :- 

1.GET TO KNOW YOUR PROBLEM

 (a) you have to identify your problem that you have been facing

 (b) does it really affects your future

 

2. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT

 (a) search for the way to solve your problem

 

3. AIM FOR YOUR WANTS 

 (a) aim for realistic goals 

 (b) give it a timeset 

4. GO FOR IT ! 

* remember to have faith in yourself in everything that you do ! Trust yourself that you can reach your goal as soon as possible or the timeset that you have given yourself ! Be like a beast ! Everyone in this world have dreams. Like kids, they have dreams like being a doctor, teacher and others. As they grow older their dreams changes ! Dreams come in a few types !

-DREAMS ABOUT HAVING SOMETHING/SOMEONE

Dreams can't be seen, can't be felt, can't be touch but it can only be thought , can only be seen when you WORK for it, FIGHT for it and GO for it ! Me myself also have dreams, and you also have your own dreams. So, the question is - DO YOU WANT YOUR DREAM TO COME TRUE? 

The answer can only be answered by one person in the world. YOU YOURSELF ! No one can help or buy it for you. We don't just get what we want so easily, we have to give it an action to make it become realistic.
