It's the end of the year ! Come on ! TAN YUAN ! Every chinese or asian must try out this nice dessert (like a) . So this morning , i tried out my mother's homemade Tan Yuan.

My mum made me eat 16 of it because i am turning 16 years old ..... This is kinda of like tradition ? Hahahahha . Don't get it also ! So means if you are 50 years old you are going to take in 50 of it ? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? Hehehe

A closer view of the Tan Yuan .
The flavours are :-
/ SWEET POTATO
/ORIGINAL
/PUMPKIN

you can actually make more different type  of it so make it creatively on your own flavours ! It's really easy to make !

You'll just need
- A packet of Glutinous rice Flour
- some warm water

That's all ! Then you 'll have to roll and roll till look roundy shape ! But you can also do more shapes like this

Isn't this amazing ? It is made into the shape of the water-lily . It is made by one of the Aunties that i met at the temple . So i took picture of it . It's easy so just shape it to your own shape !

I would like wish everyone HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE :)
