Chinese dumpling. (Guo-Tie)
Guotie (simplified Chinese: 锅贴; traditional Chinese: 鍋貼; pinyin: guōtiē; literally "pot stick") is pan-fried jiaozi, also known as potstickers in North America (a direct character translation), or yaki-gyoza in Japan. They are a Northern Chinese style dumpling popular as a street food, appetizer, or side order in Chinese. This dish is sometimes served on adim sum menu, but may be offered independently. The filling for this dish usually containspork (sometimes chicken, or beef in Muslim areas), cabbage (or Chinese cabbage and sometimes spinach), scallions (spring or green onions), ginger, Chinese rice wine or cooking wine, and sesame seed oil.

This is made by my aunt, it consists of minced meat .
Guo tie must be served hot! It is because you can taste the beauty of the traditional dumpling!
DEEP FRIED WANTAN
This dumplings can be made easily if you have the passion towards it. Don't worry it only takes maybe 30 mins to prepare it ! The skin can be bought easily outside at supermarkets for convenient!
