SWEET 16TH-2014

Jess's Sweet 16th

It would be the one of the greatest birthday in my life for now before the 21st! So, people would think i am crazy, i am only 16, why should i even do that ???!! Like a princess birthday. People would definitely think i am rich or showoff or whatever. So let me tell you here. I have always wanted this birthday since last year? I kept annoying my dad and told him, please please can i have this birthday????!!! Then he told me get good result first. He told me , "I'll just cook an egg for you on that day!" . But for this Birthday, i really work hard for what i have always wanted! i kept to holding own to my fears that i couldn't make it. I had lots of performances during August & competitions too. I had lots and lots of event during my favourite month. But i had to stay strong throughout the entire month! I can't just get sick so suddenly that it would effect all my activity. Throughout that month, i really work hard, i even face hardships that i cried and shed tears at my own before i sleep.

So, i actually started to plan this birthday since last month before 31st AUGUST ! wait, a lot of people do not even believe i am born during that day. hahaha It's true btw! I decided to have 10 tables for my friends and family !. I even wanted to type it out in my computer. As if this is a BIG BIG BIRTHDAY PARTY. My dad & mum thought i was crazy haha. i made lots of preparation for the day. I went to order the food and place the venue at Sin Lung Sheng Restaurant. So a lot of people ask, where's that? It's just behind New Atmosfera Restaurant (opp. Spring). So i order 10 tables from them . Buffet Dinner . Just something simple that's all. hehe. I really stress on who should i call hahaha. So i called my old friends, new friends, leos . I had a great night with them. Decorations was from WANNA BALLOONS. Their deco are awesome but the 16 alumium balloon is costly. haha. it actually cost RM110. and do you believe that? I am sure you are not hahaha. So let me showw you the pictures. CHMS NO.3 lion dance troupe

CHMS NO.3 

This is a really fantastic school where the population grew since the a few years ago. The lion troupe there have always been the signature of the school. The lion dance troupe is really special as the Wushu Association would guide them through their practice. 

So i decided to take out my NIKON to shoot a few photos of their amazing lion dance troupe.

Grandma's 78th birthday ❤️

Grandma's 78th Birthday 

Just a little bit about my grandma, my grandma is someone who really loves cooking as cooking for her is passion. Her sambal is "SUPER SEDAP" best sambal in the world!!! All her grandsons and granddaughters always seek for her sambal. She a very active and a sporting grandma and still looks really young !. We all love her so much ! Her laughter & smile always brighten up our days. With her, we feel we have like so many variety of delicious traditional food!. So as last sunday, we celebrated her birthday earlier this year.

VENUE: Imperial Restaurant, Kuching

So i would like to share to you all about the dishes that we ordered!  

1) The cold plate dish

It is normally serve as the first dish in a dinner. It was decorated with cucumbers, carrot and more. Look at the shaped-out carrot. isn't it amazing?!  

2) Steamed Fish 

3) Fried sesame prawn 

4) Yam with a variety of vegetables

5) Roasted Pig

This dish is the signature dish as it is really famous because of the roasted taste that you can taste! It is a must to try !  

After all, actually there are a few more dishes but i didn't get the chance to take photo of it. Now i would like to share to you all about this special cake that my cousin ordered for my grandma! Best Cake that i have ever tasted! It's a really special cake which i can't just resist to eat!

It consists of a lot of layers of cake with cheese&cream with it ! This is the oreo taste. FEELING GOOD !!

So this is the Almond one! This is also very delicious. It is homemade by a seller it cost around RM60 per cake. It is not really in big portion. But i can assure you that you will like it after you have the first try! It is not as sweet as some normal cakes in the market.

This is part of happy one whole big family. Consists of aunties, uncles and cousins. They are really lovely. Without them, my life would be apart! Thanks for reading ! love you all !

Friends !

Friends. Who are friends? Why are they call friends? Are they even real? These are the questions where we will ask inside ourselves. Friend is just someone who listen to your heart who doesn't reject who you are. Friends are there for you because they want you to feel better, comfort and not feeling lonely where you have to face your own situation by yourself. 

I had this outing with my friends ermmm last week, Tuesday where there's a public holiday ! I met up with one of best friend who is Chia Nee and is now studying in the different school but it's okay, friendship still stays where as two people trust each other, understand each other and being loyal to each other. Chia Nee is just a simple minded girl where she like to say 'sui bian' where i don't understand why also . She can't really make up her own decision because she is just to soft-hearted unlike me where i have to stand up and fight for my decision. But it's okay for her because there is a friend supporting her at the back ! I have known her since she came to Lodge at Form 1, 2011. And we do have problem during the years like misundertsandings but at the end, it just end up best friends again ! She's really a smart and pretty girl but she may be rough sometimes so be careful ! Hhaha. I feel reslly happy that i have this opportunity to meet her because she taught me a lot about friendship. She teaches me chinese and that's the happiest thing for her because she will be laughing at my chinese. Because the way i write chinese is like art :( but i improved through her ! That's super awesome! Throughout this 3 years with her, she had been there for me when i am down, making me laugh like crazy .

I also went out with this siao zhabo , Janet Lau. I only met her this year when i first enter SMK GREEN ROAD , my new school. The first impression that i have on her is "why she act so cool? Bo hiu me de" but then because i got so bored then i started asking her random questions to her . Hahahaha. Then that's where out friendship started to get closer and closer until every recees we find each other and walk together everywhere we go ! She's really a blur person but super smart kid ! She taught me bravery and the courage that she have on her. She went the. " GO BALD " which i think it's the bravest thing that she have done to herself. I feel so proud for her and have the high respect on her! She's always there to make me laugh and laugh. She's the craziest person i have met and the most special person that i met where we came across the mutual things or personalities that we own ! She's now one of my best friend ! Blessed to meet her !
