CNY DECO

CNY is just around the corner ! People in the street in Kuching is super crazy with Chinese New Year preparation right now ! Shopping centres are going over on sales ! Everywhere in the city now ! Not only Kuching but i am sure around asian countries are having the same feeling ! Whooshhhh ! I am also having the "excited feeling" in myself right now ! CNY for me is like happiness ! Yeahh ! Because i get to be happy and free for the days . It's just around one to two weeks till cny ! It's getting closer . Asians are excited of this festival like ME (sorry for being so vain sometimes) hehe . The MALAYSIA YEAR-END SALE , i think it's still going on at some places only like shopping malls . But i don't really see a lot of shops doing crazy sales already like 50% of wholestore wide . But some there is still a part of the sale going on . Decorations are already filled at the city places .

Chinese New Year lanterns is the most popular decoration for all the shopping malls as it's the symbol for chinese new year. :)

There also come shops in Spring still into big offers like PARKSON Grand . 

PLAZA MERDEKA 

This shopping mall is located at the city of Kuching where you can see top brands inside like COTTON ON, DOROTHY PERKINS, THE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL , TIMBERLAND, and many more like GUESS. But it's not as much we see in KL . 

So shop now before the offer ends and i am sure people will be getting more and more inside the malls because it's so near the new year where the people who are working will be doing the last minute shopping, so DO YOURS NOW ! To enjoy more offers and variety of clothings or items that you want! 

There are also roadshows everywhere now at Kuching Sentral, Boulevard, and many more places ! So make sure you don't miss you chance on visiting the small stalls selling chinese new year stuffs ! ENJOY ! 

Charity Runs

Hello people ! There will be charity runs holding next month after Chinese New Year ! So i am sure everyone is excited for the news of famous charity run like THE COLOUR RUSH ! I am sure youngsters are crazy on that event ! So let me tell you a bit on the run do that you wouldn't get so lost in asking people about when's the event or whatsoever !!!!! So let me share with you the runs available next month ! 

This is one of the runs which will be held next month on the 23rd of February. 

RSR ( Road Share Run)

You can pick up forms from Cityone , Spring and maybe at some respective schools which also provide the form for this . So make sure that you join this event ! It's charity ! Help ! I will be joining this event ! So see you all there !

LCCI course :) 

Hello ! Long time no update , i was into a lot of registration this week so i didn't get to update whatever i have been doing ! Btw , fyi i am joining the course at Sunway College , Jalan Song . 

This is the course that i am taking it up ! It seems alright ! 

This is the preview of the brochure. I encourage students like me at form 4 to take it up because it's LCCI which is very internationally recognised !

Inspire III

Oh wells! Let's continue the chapter of the motivation ! It's a great new year , a great new starting ! As it is still the first month of the year as everyone is still busy with their new school new work, new job or whatever is going on. So now 2013 have past so what should we do for 2014? 

MOVE FORWARD 

2013 have been a history for all of us right now. History remains as the same. Time can't be rewind. So what can we do ? Everyone and each of us have to learn how to let things go. The bad things that we have done in the past, just let it go. LEARN and move forward ! We might miss the chance that we have when we were in 2013 , so this year, learn from the mistake and go for it! People say , " A NEW YEAR, new beginnings, new chances" remember that ! People makes mistakes, we are never perfect but we have to try our best to make it perfect ! So make 2014 a much more better year for you ! Have a TARGET! Your aim to your road of success! 

TARGET

Everyone must have their own target and aim in their life. Without these, life is meaningless because you don't know where to go and what you have to do everyday. We have to target for things that can lead us to success. We can't just dream everyday that we can get those things that we want without any action! Things doesn't work like that either. Aim straight ! 

These are the ways how to TARGET :- 

1.GET TO KNOW YOUR PROBLEM

 (a) you have to identify your problem that you have been facing

 (b) does it really affects your future

 

2. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT

 (a) search for the way to solve your problem

 

3. AIM FOR YOUR WANTS 

 (a) aim for realistic goals 

 (b) give it a timeset 

4. GO FOR IT ! 

* remember to have faith in yourself in everything that you do ! Trust yourself that you can reach your goal as soon as possible or the timeset that you have given yourself ! Be like a beast ! If you still have problem in having faith in yourself, go search for my previous post on It ! MOTIVATE YOURSELF

Everyone in this world have dreams. Like kids, they have dreams like being a doctor, teacher and others. As they grow older their dreams changes ! Dreams come in a few types !

-DREAMS ABOUT HAVING SOMETHING/SOMEONE

Dreams can't be seen, can't be felt, can't be touch but it can only be thought , can only be seen when you WORK for it, FIGHT for it and GO for it ! Me myself also have dreams, and you also have your own dreams. So, the question is - DO YOU WANT YOUR DREAM TO COME TRUE? 

The answer can only be answered by one person in the world. YOU YOURSELF ! No one can help or buy it for you. We don't just get what we want so easily, we have to give it an action to make it become realistic.

Siburan Dinner

I attended this charitable organization dinner last night at 17th mile (SIBURAN) here in Kuching ! 

It was almost filled with 100 tables so around 1000 people where there . People from various places in Malaysia have come to join the event.

小黑 ( Xiao Hei) was there ( MALAYSIAN SINGER) singing Chinese New Year songs to entertain us! Heheh. my aunties are crazy over him i can say even though i have no idea who is him. But i can tell you, he's a very professional singer . He's a India but he can see Hokkien and Chinese Songs ! PRO DAOOOOOO!

PROPEROUS YEAR ! 2014 

Western @ Alfresco

I went to Alfresco Wine & Dine at 2/1/2014 . The first day of school of the year to celebrate my friend's birthday ! The gang ! Hahhaa . Bros ' 

I ordered the Spaghetti Pesto ! It's filled with like herbs smell. Not the normal one like tomato fillings. The Parmesan Cheese is spreaded up there to uphold the strong delicious smell.

Price - RM 18 

It's quite worth it because it's in a big portion as it's have a thick sauce which makes you full after a few bites on it! Shussshh! :) very classic dish

The Chicken chop there is also very famous ( sorry for not taking the photo as i was very eager to try out my dish as my other friends finished it already) . The chicken chop there is in a very big portion where two big pieces of chicken is served , mashed potato, broccoli, and also the sauce. You can ask for extra sauce if you think it's not enough ! 

There's around more than 10 of us in Alfresco ( the lower ground) where you can go downstairs! Hehe

New School

Hello ! We are all now in 2014 ! Everything will not be the same anymore as you see ! Forget the past and take in the new one or the fresh one. This year is going to be a more producive year! So make sure all of you are much more active than last year. 

Let me introduce you into my new school !

* Presently i am studying in SMK GREEN ROAD . 

SMK - Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan 

I used to study in Lodge Group of Schools for like 11 years since i started my schooling during kindy B ( when i was around 5 yrs old ). 

I went thru -:

Lodge Kindergarten 

Lodge Primary School

Lodge Secondary School (halfway) 

I ended my form 3 there ( PMR) last year. I was officially no longer their student after i've got the leaving school certificate during early October after i finished up my PMR exam ! 

I've been thinking through about the school that i want to continue next. I had few options to choose from , schools like SMK GREEN ROAD, KUCHING HIGH, BATU LINTANG. One of the schools will be my higher secondary school. 

Then, i went to applied at the Educational Dpeartment to get the official or approval letter. I was at high risk that time because i  submitter my application form after i got my school leaving letter. ( i either get approved or rejected) it have been nightmares for me because i have no school during the entire holiday which made me feel so worried hahaha . I was at Miri after i submitted the form to the education department. 

After i got back from Miri, i had to wait for my PMR results. It made me more confident when i've got straight As, because if i don't , i am afraid my application wouldn't be approved. 

A few days later ... 

I finally found out that the letter was already approved after two weeks i've submitted it. BTW, I applied for SMK GREEN ROAD. So i was so happy then i went to report to the school only at 31st DEC 2013. Just two days before school starts .. Scary ! The environment there in government school is very different than private school.! 

People have been asking me the REASON why i transfer or change school..... 

Reasons 

-the school is more nearer to my incoming new school

-i want to change environment to get exposed with different kind of society 

First day in school 2/1/2014

The first day when i step into the school, i was a bit frightenned though. (No courage in me). I woke up as early as 5am in the morning because i was afraid it will get a long time to there because it is raining season in Sarawak here. So i quickly woke up with excitement .. Hehe :D 

I aksed my dad to follow me down to the school as i was super early there. Because there was no traffic jam there. I started to see more cars coming when the clock started to strike 7am . Because everyone have to be in the school like 7.05 am .

My dad left me alone in the school hall because Thursday and Friday was the orientation days for the for the form 4s. I was then directed to the new student parts when the other present student were asked to stand in their own respective classes of last year. Teacher started to give speech and i started to make new friends there ! Hahaha, i met Janet , she's also a transfer student from CHMS no. 1 ! Became super close after like one day of talking craps muahahhaha! 

I also met friends that i knew from there like Felicia, Vong Ee and others! I also met some new friends like Kylie, Nadia and Melissa . Haha, couldn't really make friends because we have to sit in the hall at like 7 till 12 .15 . Listening to the teachers giving speech about the subjects offered , the activites and more! 

I am very happy that i've choosen the right school! Let 2014 rock ! 

It will be real good year!
